also present a request from Canada if you already had a temporary work
permit for an employment:

Will
you be acceptable?
If your
note is equal or higher than the note of admission, you are acceptable
with immigration in Canada as a skilled worker. If, after having read

If your
note is lower than the note of admission, you are probably not
acceptable with immigration in Canada as a skilled worker. We recommend
to you not to subject a request for the moment.
You can
nevertheless present an official request if you estimate that other
factors would show that you would be able to integrate you into the
economy of work in Canada. Subject a request accompanied by a letter in
which you will explain in detail why you think that you could be
integrated into the economy of work in Canada. Join to your request any
document in support of your assertions.
Note :
If you
subjected a request before January 1, 2002 and that you will not have
received a decision of selection from here at March 31, 2003, your
request will be evaluated according to new criteria's and a note of
admission of 60.
If you
subjected a request on January 1, 2002 or after this date and that you
will not have received a decision of selection from here at June 28,
2002, date of entry into force of the new payments, your request will be
evaluated according to the new criterion and a note of admission of 60.
Principal
applicant
If you
have a husband or a spouse in fact, you and this person must decide
which of both will be the principal applicant. In the requests, the
other person will be regarded as the dependant.
Note: A
spouse in fact is a person who lives in couple with you since at least a
year. The spouse in fact can be a person of the same sex as you or
opposite sex.
Make
the test of autoevaluation to determine which both would obtain the most
points to you. The principal applicant should be the person who
accumulates the most points.
THE
MEMBERS OF THE FAMILY OF THE CANDIDATE ARE INCLUDED IN SA ASKS:
The
husband () and any unmarried child of less than 21 years is included in
the request. The children of more than 21 years are taken into account
in certain circumstances.
* DURATION
OF PROCEDURE FOR THE CANDIDATURES IN THE VARIOUS CATEGORIES:
The
duration of procedure of the files for the candidatures, in the various
Offices of Immigration Provincial and Federal, can vary according to
resources' provided by the governments and the volume of received
candidatures.
Currently,
the duration of procedure is, on average, between 9 and 18 months.
